How can I track my order?

We offer an affordable tracked option for all orders. Once the item is dispatched, an email with the tracking number will be sent.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location, time of year, and the shipping option selected. Below are estimated delivery times for our shipping provider:

Canada
Oversized Lettermail (tracked): 2–10 business days

United States
Oversized Lettermail (tracked): 5–15 business days

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before your order has been processed. We are unable to offer refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

I haven’t received my order yet—what should I do?

Packaged mail can occasionally experience delays. Please review the delivery estimates above. If your order has passed the expected delivery timeframe, contact us with your order number and we’ll do our best to assist you.

How long will it take for my order to be prepared?

Please allow 3–14 business days for your press-on nail order to be made and packaged before shipping. Each set is handmade with care by me, so I truly appreciate your patience and support.

Custom or made-to-order sets may require additional processing time.

Do you offer discount codes?

We occasionally offer special discounts during select events and occasions. Our goal is to keep our press-on nails affordable year-round, so you can enjoy high-quality, handmade sets without waiting for a sale. For updates on any promotions or special offers, be sure to follow us on social media.

Please note: Discount codes must be applied at checkout before your order is confirmed. We’re unable to apply codes after purchase.

Will sold-out nail sets be restocked?

Some press-on nail designs may be restocked depending on demand, while others are limited edition and may not return. We also regularly release new designs, so if you see a set you love, we recommend purchasing while it’s available.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to hygiene reasons, all press-on nail sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review your nail size, design, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.
