How can I track my order?
We offer an affordable untracked Canada Post letter mail option for orders under a certain weight. Please note that this shipping method does not include tracking, and we are not responsible for lost or delayed mail. If you would like tracking, you can select a tracked shipping option at checkout for added security.
If you purchased tracked shipping, you can track your order through the shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account and viewing your order details.
Free tracked shipping is available on eligible orders.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location, time of year, and the shipping option selected. Below are estimated delivery times for our untracked shipping option via Canada Post:

Canada Post Lettermail (untracked): 2–10 business days
United States
Canada Post/USPS Lettermail (untracked): 5–15 business days

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before your order has been processed. We are unable to offer refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
